About Dirt Bike Dash

Dirt Bike Dash is a motocross stunt racing game with thirty hand-built tracks and real bike physics. Twist the throttle, fly off ramps, clear gaps and race the clock to the chequered flag. Every track is a time trial: finish fast enough to earn three stars, and pull off backflips and frontflips in the air to take a whole second off your time for every full turn. The secret is balance. Lean back and forward to control your bike in the air and land on both wheels, because landing on your head sends you back to the last checkpoint while the clock keeps running. The tracks travel through five worlds that each bring something new. Green Valley teaches jumps, rollers and smooth landings. Desert Canyon adds huge gaps, booster pads and trenches full of spikes. Snow Peaks brings steep climbs, see-saws and wobbly plank bridges over deep chasms. The Night Factory is packed with explosive barrels, floors that drop away under your wheels and full loop-the-loops, and Lava Land throws everything together above bubbling lava. A ghost of your best run rides alongside you, so you can see exactly where you are losing time, and your stars unlock new bikes, from the Red Rocket to the Golden Ghost. Dirt Bike Dash plays free in your browser on computers, tablets and phones, with the arrow keys or WASD on a keyboard or big on-screen gas, brake and lean buttons on a touch screen. Your best times, stars and bikes are saved automatically.

How to play

Hold Up or W for gas and Down or S to brake. Use Left and Right (or A and D) to lean back and forward: in the air this turns the bike so you land on both wheels, and spins it into flips, each worth one second off your time. Touching the ground with the rider's head, mines, spikes or lava is a crash, and you restart at the last checkpoint. Reach the finish line quickly for up to three stars. Press R to restart a track. On a phone, use the gas and brake buttons on the right and the lean buttons on the left.

Questions

How do I do a flip?īŧ‹

Hit a big ramp with plenty of speed and hold lean back (or lean forward) while you are in the air. Let go in time to land on both wheels. Every complete flip takes one second off your time.

How many tracks are there?īŧ‹

Thirty tracks in five worlds: Green Valley, Desert Canyon, Snow Peaks, Night Factory and Lava Land. Each world adds new obstacles such as boosters, see-saws, falling floors, loops and lava.

What happens when I crash?īŧ‹

You restart at the last checkpoint flag you passed. The timer keeps running, so a crash costs you time but never the whole run.

How do I unlock new bikes?īŧ‹

Collect stars. Each track gives up to three stars for a fast time, and new bikes unlock at 10, 25, 45 and 70 stars.

What is the ghost bike?īŧ‹

It replays your best run on that track, so you can race against yourself and see where you can be faster.
