Fruit Merge
About Fruit Merge
Fruit Merge is a cheerful drop-and-merge puzzle of the kind the famous watermelon game made popular. Fruits fall into a wooden crate one at a time: move left or right to aim, then let go. When two identical fruits touch, they squish together into the next, bigger fruit: two cherries make a strawberry, two strawberries make a grape, and so on through tangerines, limes, apples, pears, peaches, pineapples and melons, all the way up to the mighty watermelon. Every fruit has a smiling face, and every merge pops with juice, a ring of light and a happy sound. Real physics makes every drop interesting: fruits roll, bounce, wedge into gaps and topple over, so a well-placed drop can trigger a chain of merges while a careless one can block the fruit you needed. Plan ahead using the next-fruit preview, keep the big fruits in a corner, and stop the pile from poking above the dashed line at the top of the crate: if a fruit stays over the line for too long, the game is over. Merging two watermelons clears them both for a juicy bonus. Points grow with every bigger fruit you create, so a long game can reach thousands. If the crate fills up, you can watch a short ad once per game to clear the top of the box and keep going. Fruit Merge is free to play in your browser on phones, tablets and computers, with touch, mouse or keyboard controls, and it saves your best score and the biggest fruit you have ever made.
How to play
Move your finger or mouse (or use the left and right arrow keys) to aim the fruit at the top of the crate, then release, click or press Space to drop it. When two fruits of the same kind touch, they merge into the next bigger fruit and you score points. The chain runs cherry, strawberry, grape, tangerine, lime, apple, pear, peach, pineapple, melon and watermelon. Keep the fruits below the dashed line: if any fruit stays above it for about two seconds, the game ends.
